Director
As founder and director of the CHP as well as a graduate degree holding biomechanical engineer and certifed athletic trainer, Arnel's unique background in the engineering and clinical aspects of motion analysis serves the CHP in running a number of orthopedic, sports biomechanics, and animation research and service-based programs. He has received numerous research grants from Major League Baseball, Orthopedic Research and Education Foundation, and private industry to study pitching related injury mechanics, ACL recontruction techniques, footwear biomechanics, and clinical gait analysis while also serving as assistant professor of biomechanics at San Diego State University. see

Kinesiologist
Christine is currently a graduate student in biomechanics at San Diego State University. She holds a BS degree in Kinesiology and is currently studying the effects of ladies footwear on gait mechanics as part of her graduate research work. She is the go-to person in running the motion capture system and in processing the data for all clinical gait and sports biomechanical studies and has a firm understanding of the technical and sports applications of motion analysis.

Physical Therapist
As a member of the Physical Therapy team at Rady Childrens Hospital San Diego, Holly serves multiple roles in pediatric orthopedic rehab and in clinical gait analysis. Holly completed the gait analysis course at the reknowned Connecticut Newington Childrens Medical Center under the tutelage of Dr. James Gage and director Sylvia Ounpuu. Holding a master's degree in physical therapy in addition to having completed specialized coursework in biomechanics and athletic training makes Holly a valuable asset to the team at the CHP as it accomplishes its biomechanics in athletic performance and sports medicine goals.
